SEMINAR SCOPE II
As part of the Space derived aerosol-dependent cloud properties (SCOPE) program, four lectures will take place on Monday 15/12/2025. The seminar aims to provide a reliable set of vertically resolved aerosol-cloud optical properties based on several techniques based on AERONET and CALIPSO data. The aerosol type dependent properties will be linked with cloud properties using collocated CloudSat data and lidar derived CCN and INP concentrations. Vertical distributions of aerosol and cloud properties will be estimated from space and will constitute a major innovation and step forward in the field.
